ORIGIN OF

United Italian Trading Corporation

Our head office in Hong Kong was called Luen Chong Hong Ltd.

UITC was founded by Mr. YS Fung, who started working with many Italian partners in the 1960’s such as Zambon, Carlo Erba, Pierrel, Sidus and Lifepharma.

This is how the name United Italian came about.

PRESENCE IN ASIA

Mr. YS Fung built a very successful business with medical and pharmaceutical products and the business has been growing in 3 countries.

Since 1963, there are now 3 generations of the Fung family in the business. United Italian has branches in Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong.

Mr. Frank Fung, eldest son of Mr. YS Fung joined the family business in 1971 and holds the position of Managing Director and owner of UITC and F&G in Singapore.
